In order to keep your automatic timepiece running properly, you must initiate the power reserve. To do so, pull out the crown and turn it clockwise for a total of 30-40 rotations. Once you are done, press the crown back in and enjoy your running watch. If you wear your watch daily, you will likely not need to wind it again.
